Louise is a retired Rural Retreat kindergarten teacher in her eighties. Her small home lacked color and accessories. Louise told me she just couldn’t spend another Winter in there with bland white walls! We chose a warm, happy peach color to enhance furnishings she already had, and painted. She decided to buy some wonderful pictures and lamps and new end tables (Guynn’s Furniture)! We shopped at Big Lots for pillows, throws, picture frames and some ceramic accessories. Her home became an absolutely charming dwelling, of which she can be proud and which gives her daily pleasure and comfort.

Sharon is a recently retired professor of Health Education. She is renting a large home in Wytheville while in process of building a home on her farm out from Wytheville. Sharon wanted her wonderful accessories and family pieces of rare antique furniture to be honored and well-placed in this dwelling. She wanted to be able to bring friends into this interim home and entertain comfortably and proudly. Sharon did not want the quality of her lifestyle to suffer during this temporary period. We achieved this goal!
